Working with the key stakeholders: senior management, leasing, tenants and the operational team to deliver new retail across the NSW, ACT and Queensland assets. This included developments such as Kings Street - Brisbane Showgrounds urban neighbourhood development delivering a lifestyle precinct and the Kambri Cultural Precinct in the Australian National University offering a new educational and social experience in a village setting. This role required managing the end to end development delivery process.
Working with one of Australia’s largest diversified property groups to shape their retail vision for the West Kiera Wollongong Central expansion project, Australia Square’s new dining precinct and Rouse Hill Town Centre. This role required working with all key stakeholders managing the end to end development delivery process.
With a focus on placemaking projects working with key stakeholders, this included the design management for Pacific Fair redevelopment and managing the design projects nationally for the ambient upgrades.
